In true Gran Fondo style, Velothon Sunshine Coast brings together a dream riding location, ideal race set-up and a world class rider experience on and off the bike. You can immerse yourself in a everything you love about cycling during the biggest cycling event on the planet.

Whether you’re professional, ride for the love of it, or want to set your sites on winning King of the Mountain, Sprint, or the Stage, Velothon Sunshine Coast is for you.

The 1 Day Ride offers either 76km or 137km distances around the northern area of Noosa and into the hinterland. Take in the scenery or put yourself firmly in the hurt-box racing your friends, the peloton or just the clock. This is the perfect one-day race to fit into a weekend away in paradise.

The Roads.

Dream riding conditions with the perfect mix of sprints, hills, flats and distances to satisfy your cycling cravings. All based out of Maroochydore so there is less travelling time, more enjoyment time, and winter temperatures average an ideal 21 degrees.
